Hi, i have the ASUS ROG Zephyrus G15 GA503RM, and i noticed that my battery lasts barely more than 50 minutes, im trying to use my laptop for school. Ive turned on all battery saving settings Including turning off the GPU in Armoury crate, selecting Best power efficiency in windows power plan and using battery saver, Ive optimized all background apps. My battery life is about 75-80% But theres no way the battery is this bad at 75%? im not sure if theres something wrong with my laptop or if im doing something wrong, im expecting atleast 2-3 hours out of my battery. Please help!

Have you tried checking which applications consume the most battery and testing battery life in Safe Mode to see if there is a noticeable difference in usage time?
If the battery life significantly improves in Safe Mode, it may indicate that certain applications or background processes are consuming excessive power. Hope this information helps. Thank you!

To speed up issue identification, please provide the product model, BIOS, and driver versions, along with the troubleshooting steps you've already tried to avoid redundant checks.

Based on your description, the battery performance may not be as expected due to several factors.

First, may I ask how long you've been using your laptop? Battery capacity naturally decreases over time, depending on usage, environment, and habits, which may be a reason for the reduced battery life. In addition to battery aging, the apps you use can also affect battery drain speed. For example, running resource-intensive programs (such as drawing software, games, or video playback) can accelerate battery consumption, and some apps might continue running in the background, consuming system resources and draining more battery.

We recommend using MyASUS to perform a battery health diagnostic, which will help determine if the battery is functioning normally.

We hope this information helps, thank you!

I see, ive used my laptop for around 1.5 - 2 years not exactly sure but after doing a diagnostics check with MyASUS it shows that the power health is "good" and the current power is 100% maybe im missing something? i thought there would be a exact percentage for the health. also i dont use that many background apps, mostly OperaGX with battery mode with armoury crate open.
