Battery indicator blinking orange And freezing

My laptop [G614JV] freezes randomly while browsing the web or playing games or in rest mode. And the battery light flashes orange. I can turn it off by holding the power button. Does anyone have a solution for this issue? All drivers - BIOS and Windows 11 have been updated and reinstalled. Tried uninstalling Armoury Crate so far.

You mentioned that have updated the BIOS to the latest version. Just to confirm, is the current BIOS version 328?
Since the battery indicator light is flashing orange, indicating Battery Low, may I ask if you are using the original charger for charging?
If you have made any modifications such as replacing the SSD or RAM, please revert to the original components. Additionally, please try the following steps: Shut down the laptop, remove all external devices and power sources, press and hold the power button for 40 seconds to perform an EC reset, then reconnect the power source and turn on the laptop to see if there is any improvement.
If the issue persists, we recommend taking your laptop to a local service center for further hardware diagnostics. Thank you.

I have not done any modifications and yes i am using the original charger. I did what you suggested me but i am not sure if it did fix my problem since it happens rarely and randomly.
