Hi @ROG0234 ,

Could you please let me know if any external devices were connected to the laptop while it was turned off?

If possible, please provide a battery usage report so that we can further investigate the issue. Thank you.

first no external devices is connected to the laptop while it was turned off.
second no application consuming the battery at all, I checked it from the battery graph

I think you didn't get what I mean, the battery draining its charge while the laptop is off (no use) (shutdown)

and by the way this is the second product I have of scar 18 having problems, and the first one too is having problems and I Returned it to the store after the service center examined it with a technical report.

very very bad service and very bad experience with scar 18, it was meant to the flag ship of ASUS

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the appalling service I have received from your company. The issues I have encountered are as follows:

  1. Gross Negligence: The handling of my device has been utterly careless and unprofessional.
  2. Unacceptable Delays: The delivery of my device has been significantly delayed without any valid explanation.
  3. Lack of Transparency: The information provided regarding the condition of my device has been vague, misleading, and completely unacceptable.
  4. Unprofessional Behavior: The conduct of your staff has been shockingly unprofessional and disrespectful.
  5. Lack of Direction: There is a clear lack of vision and understanding of the issues presented by the customer.
  6. Incorrect and Inadequate Testing: The tests conducted on my device do not accurately reflect the issues I reported, indicating a complete and unacceptable misunderstanding of the problem.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service provided. I demand immediate action to resolve these issues and expect a significant improvement in your service quality and professionalism.

Iam very disappointed to deal with ASUS again.

I also had this problem on my Asus ROG Strix SCAR 18 G834JY laptop, and it was perfectly solved after calibrating the battery

To reset the battery of a laptop in order to calibrate it, follow these general steps:

- Completely discharge the battery: Use your laptop until the battery is completely discharged and the computer shuts down automatically.

- Wait: Leave the computer turned off for a few hours, ideally 4 to 6 hours, to allow the battery to rest.

- Fully recharge the battery: Plug the laptop into the computer charger and let the battery fully recharge. Make sure not to interrupt the charging process.

Calibration: If you wish, you can calibrate the battery by repeating steps 1 to 3 at least once more.

Once the battery is calibrated or reset, monitor its behavior. Make sure the battery life improves and that it charges and discharges normally.

No, this is not a fixed solution and this is not a mandatory one, ASUS should fix it and I know that they are know that problem and they didn't take a step to solve it.

its just all about business
