Battery Draining in shutdown

my laptop is Asus rog strix scar 18 (2024)

I have used my laptop yesterday from 8 pm to 1 am plugged in 100% charging percentage, when I opened it today at 8 pm I found that the battery charge percentage is 90% (the laptop was in shutdown all this time). this problem happens 3 times in different days until now.

Could you please tell me in details how to get the report that u want and please tell me what to do to solve the second problem that i have (stuttering in games for seconds), I did all the possible updates ( window's update, armory crate and myasus and bois)

Posted proof, things and steps on how to have workarounds to keep things better when the ROGs get worse and worse, then my post got deleted. Shame on it.

Sorry for you my friend, i think that they know that their product have problems and they are covering on it.

I own Z13 and X16, both 2022 model.

The Z13 encountered sudden battery drain few times, starting exactly days after the warranty ended. The battery lost 10% of capacity each year. So unacceptable.
