Hi all. I am not a gamer. Just here trying to figure this out for my daughter. She is a Strix GL703V, yes I know it's older. But for some reason I cannot get in to change the setting for the backlights on the keyboard. I don't know if it's just not compatible anymore or if I am doing something wrong. I've checked all the updated on the Aura Sync and everything. Made sure all of her computer updates were done. She just wants to be able to change the backlight colors while she is gaming. Can anyone give me some guidance on this please? When I'm in Aura it shows that my device is registered but it won't pull it over when I search to sync it with the Aura part. I do not have the option to click devices on the left hand side of the screen. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks everyone!
