Hey everyone

 I recently purchased a brand-new ASUS Zephyrus G16 GA605WI laptop, and I’ve been encountering some speaker-related problems.

My laptop speakers sound low and high pitched.

I’ve tried basic troubleshooting steps, such as checking connections and adjusting settings, but the problem persists. I believe this is a hardware issue, as it occurs across different applications and communication platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Skype).

Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue? I appreciate your prompt assistance in ensuring that my laptop functions optimally.
