Asus Zephyrus Duo 16 - 2023 - Keyboard failures

A few days ago I bought the Asus Zephyrus Duo 16 - 2023. When I started using it, everything worked correctly. Then out of nowhere, the keyboard stopped working and so did the ports.

I have tried updating the BIOS version, removing and reinstalling ASUS System Control Interface v3 and Armory Crate and none of this works.

The keyboard does not recognize it even in the BIOS. Nor the ports, only the USB port on the back.

I'm desperate, I can't find a solution for this.
