My zephyrs g14 stuck when I plug it in charger while it’s turn in to the turbo mode and stuck screen goes black. It never came out and I need to power off using power key 😑 if I used in battery no errors I can use until dies my battery. In the bios no issues plug in or not 😑 what should I do ?

Hi @Dilshan7 ,

I would like to confirm whether you have tested using the original charger or tried other chargers. Please ensure that the BIOS and all drivers are updated to the latest version. Try resetting the BIOS settings, and while the laptop is powered off, remove all external devices and power sources. Press and hold the power button for 40 seconds to perform an EC reset, then reconnect the power and test if the issue improves. Thank you.

I do everything i changed chargers I used “C” also  I never attached external devices while .when I plugged charger automatically it turn into turbo mode and display gone to black.
