like most other z13 flow owners, i am having the same issue with my z13 keyboard; ie it doesn’t work when angled unless it is flat on the surface.
Now, i have called asus singapore service center, and they quoted me 238.29 SGD for the “repair” and 80 SGD for labor!!
Hello asus?! You sold a defective product and have the cheek to make good on the defective keyboard, and more ridiculous is you have the audacity to charge labor fee for it?!??
I owned a couple of asus gaming laptop including the first G70, but i have to say i am so thoroughly disappointed with your aftersales service and recent product quality.
This is not a rant, i am boycotting asus if this issue is not resolved to my satisfactory.
