Asus unfair warranty practices. Failed to comply

I recently purchased a new 2023 ROG M16 laptop for $1,366. After just 12 days, it started having issues, so I sent it for repairs (RMA). The first RMA returned with the same problems plus new ones. The same story repeated with the second RMA. When I requested a new replacement, they sent me a refurbished unit where the back panel was hanging by one screw—hardly acceptable for a new purchase.

A representative from the CEO's office even jokingly offered to send me screws instead of arranging a proper repair. After more back-and-forth, a corporate office contact suggested comparable models like the Flow X16 and Vivobook, which I declined. They then offered to buy back the laptop at the purchase price, but the current market value for the same model is $1,949.99.

According to their warranty policies, they insist they can only offer the purchase value or comparable models, which doesn't address the fact that I can't replace my laptop with the same model at the current market rate.

The process is ongoing, and I'll keep updating as it progresses
