HI i am using asus tuf gaming fx505dy gaming notebook

i facing a issue with of game visual not work in my laptop it just show the " Failed to configure "

and also icc flies are missing in game visual folder help me to resolve my problem

I would like to confirm with you if you have uninstalled Game Visual and then re-downloaded it from the Microsoft Store to test it again?

Additionally, may I confirm if you have been using an external monitor? Thank you.
