Asus Tuf FA507XU entire screen flickers when charging

I purchased this laptop 6 months ago and the screen just started flickering (or it goes completely black) while plugged in. I did not download anything new (that I am aware of). I was just in the middle of working and it started. My external monitor continues to work without issue so it is something that is affecting the laptop screen . If I unplug the charger, the flickering immediately stops. Plug it back in and the flickering begins again. I have updated the drivers and software, changed the settings from standard to optimized (several times), switched the refresh to 60, turned it off and back on... a million times. I ordered a new charger and that had zero effect. I've tried searching the boards and troubleshooting but I am completely out of my depth here. I run a small business and would really prefer to not have to send this out as it will put me in a bit of a bind to be without it. Any ideas?

Hi @nwgirl421 ,

I would like to confirm how long this issue has been occurring. Are you using the original charger that came with the laptop?
Please try updating your BIOS to Version 313 and test if the issue improves using the verified NVIDIA Graphic Driver Version V31.0.15.3645 and AMD Graphics Driver Version V31.0.14070.6001 provided by ASUS.
Additionally, besides the external monitor, do you have any other external devices connected? Please remove all external devices and power, perform an EC reset by holding down the power button for 40 seconds while the laptop is powered off, then reconnect the power and boot up to see if the screen display improves. Thank you.
