Asus TUF F15 screen

 Suddenly while playing valorant the screen got this line and after that it is still stuck. I contacted customer care and searched many youtube videos but didnt find any solutions. This happened not due to any external damage i guess it is after some software update. 
plz help if any having same issue or knows about the solution🙏

Please try entering the BIOS settings first to determine if the issue is related to the hardware or software of the display.
If the display problem is still existing in the BIOS settings, it may indicate a hardware issue with your screen. 
We recommend taking your laptop to a repair center for further inspection and repairs.
If the display is normally in the BIOS settings, it could indicate a software issue with your screen.
