ASUS TUF A15 FA506ICB FREEZING

Hello my asus tuf a15 constantly freezes even if i dont use it, updated everything drivers are on the latest version even the bios is updated to latest version any help thanks..

I want to confirm with you if you have tried resetting the system and testing if the issue improves with only Asus-released drivers installed. 
Additionally, regarding the freezing issue, have you connected an external monitor or any other devices? Does the freezing occur at any specific moment after entering the system? Please try using MyASUS to check if the hardware is functioning properly. Thank you.

Already reset the system and installed the asus drivers , its still the same

And the screen turns black all of the sudden and keyboard stops working but the power is still on
