Asus Strix G18 not charging

In the last week I had some problems with the charger, when I was playing something, it stopped charging for a second and then it came back, I tried to see if the adapter was overheating but it wasn't There was no problem after I put my hand on the head that you put in the laptop to charge, it was extremely hot every time, I took it out and let it cool on the table, until now, The same thing happened, it doesn't charge for a second and then it charges again, I took it out of the laptop to let it cool down, but when I put it back in the laptop, it doesn't charge anymore, I said to leave it, The laptop still won't charge, I don't know what to do.

Hi @Nat123ヅ ,

I would like to confirm if you are currently using the original charger. Have you tested if the USB-C charging is functioning properly?
Please try the following steps:

  1. Shut down your laptop and remove all external devices and power sources.
  2. Press and hold the power button for 40 seconds to perform an EC reset.
  3. Reconnect the power source and power on the laptop to see if the issue improves.

The solution above didn't work, and yes, the laptop charger is the Original one from asus.
