Asus ROG Zephyrus M16 2022 GU603ZM keyboard whitout light

I recently bought an Asus ROG Zephyrus M16 2022 GU603ZM to work (I'm a programmer) and play. I'm a little disappointed, I have a problem because the computer works perfectly but the keyboard doesn't have a light.

I've tried everything, I've looked on all the forums... I've done everything they told me to do and nothing worked.

I uninstalled all the Asus drivers and reinstalled them in the sequential order from the website, I installed older BIOSes including the most recent one, I installed GHelper and nothing solved my problem.

I would like to ask for help because I would like to understand if it is a software problem or could it be a hardware problem/poor factory assembly.
