ASUS ROG Zephyrus G15 (2021) Battery Drain in plugged mode while gaming

Currently, my G15 always drain battery while gaming even though I'm still plugged in. This has been a problem recently maybe about 2-3 days ago, and never occured before. I've noticed this after playing GTA for 3-4 hours and noticed that my battery always dropped to 40-50% and I always capped my battery charging at 80%, I've looked on some forums that if it drops 5% its normal, but in my case it keeps dropping more and more. For an extra explanation I've always used the 'performance' mode when plugged in and never ever touched the turbo mode. I'm not sure on what to do and how to fix this, does anyone have the same problem and know how to fix it?

Are you using the original power adapter for charging? If you are experiencing this issue while using the original adapter, we recommend bringing both your laptop and the original power adapter to a local service center for further hardware inspection to identify the issue. Thank you.
