ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 black lines near the bottom at higher refresh rate

Hello! I had been using Zephyrus G14 since 2021 at the refresh rate of 120hz till the start of this year then the black lines started to appear near the bottom of the screen blinding the taskbar area. Reverting back to 60hz restricted many animations and huge reduction in the smoothness. All of my drivers are up to date. I tried tinkering with turning off graphic overlays, background applications, windows game mode, and there are no malwares or viruses lurking in my pc. Based on your description, the issue may be related to a hardware issue. Please try testing in Safe Mode to see if the issue persists.

Thank you for responding. That problem is still persisting in the safe mode. I will try to send it to nearest service center and get back to you.
