asus rog strix scar 18 4090 Freezing problem

I have Asus Rog Strix Scar 18 4090 64Gb ram with 2 TB the laptop is still new after 3 months of use i have noticed that there is some freezing when I'm watching videos or when typing or scrolling

does anyone face the same issue? if you know of any solutions let me know thanks

Since the video seems to have access restrictions and cannot be viewed, may I ask if you have updated the BIOS to the latest version and are using the display driver verified by ASUS? Additionally, are you using any external devices?

yes everything is updated my current bios is 331 also the drivers have already been updated using my Asus app and the Nvidia driver updated 

the problem that I'm facing is a little freezing while typing, scrolling, or watching videos 

my device is: asus rog strix scar 18 2023 (G834JY)

May I ask if you have tested using the ASUS verified NVIDIA graphics driver version V32.0.15.6607 and Intel graphics driver version V31.0.101.4502?
