Please remove all external devices and power sources while the laptop is turned off. Then, press and hold the power button for 40 seconds to perform an EC reset. Afterward, reconnect the power and turn on the laptop to test if the issue improves. Thank you.

Coil whine is normal, you can get lucky to get one that is not that loud, but it doesn’t affect the laptop in any way, i have a 7 years old gpu that have coil whine, and i never have any problem, you should get worried about the overheating problem that every gaming laptop have, just clean fans of dust multiple times a year, and when the temps get higher you need to replace the termal paste/liquid metal, i want to buy the g18 inch model
