Asus ROG Strix G513QM - Black screen while the system remains on

I hope this message finds you well. I'm reaching out for urgent assistance regarding a persistent issue with my Asus ROG Strix G513QM procesor AMD Ryzen™ 9 5900HX and Nvidia rtx 3060 gaming laptop.

My laptop, featuring a 300Hz display, is facing a critical problem. During various usage scenarios, freeze and the screen goes black, but the laptop remains powered on. The panel illumination and keyboard lighting continue to function. Unfortunately, the only solution is to force a shutdown as the display remains unresponsive. Any solution? I greatly appreciate your time and support

I would like to confirm if your BIOS has been updated to the latest version 331. Have you tested whether the issue improves with the use of the ASUS-certified NVIDIA display driver version V30.0.15.1278 and AMD display driver version V30.0.13002.19003? Additionally, could you please let me know how long this issue has been occurring? Kindly verify the GPU and Operating mode settings in Armoury Crate when this problem occurs. Thank you.

Hello, my bios version is already 331. I used DDU in safe mode for uninstall the drivers and then install the version that you send it to me and again do that. I wanted to say that on battery never freeze, only when its plugged in. I saw something in reliability history on every crash is some kind of update on security intelligence or is going to do it, i will post a screenshot to see exactly. The hardware problems there is Kernel 141. Thank you in advance
