So my gaming laptop does not turn on. Ive tried multiple things for example change the battery, put the ssd in a different slot and I've tried multiple chargers it still doesnt turn on. The heatsink does get warm a little but nothing the whole laptop stays cold.

I went to a repairshop but they couldn't me they said its mostlikely a motherboard issue or a connector issue as i do have a charge indicator that turns orange and when its plugged without the battery.

I wonder how i could fix this problem or is this a dead job?

Is this an eight year old laptop?

Hey @tauolu1
If the repairshop had said the issue is with motherboard or connector, then its a serious concern. If the charger indicator is lighting up, then something is failing to boot. If anyhow you are considering a motherboard repair, remember to check your warranty first.
