I recently bought a new ASUS ROG Strix laptop from the official website of ASUS and upon opening the laptop and registering the item, MyASUS keeps saying that my serial number has a registration error as the product was apparently already registered. Is there any way to fix this? I have the proof of purchase and receipt.
