Hello Asus service team,
I have experienced the same issue in my Asus rog strix g16. I purchased this laptop in dec 2023.
My laptop was working during last use and i shutdown properly. However, next day it refused to start. I took it to the engineer and he told me that there is burnt out on motherboard near fan.
please guide me how can i get it repaired. I did not expect such issue on high end laptop and i always use it with care.
it seems that it is manufacturing defect and should be resolved by Asus. I have spent a lot for this device expecting good experience and quality.
I request you to kindly help me out to resolve this issue.
