Hi all,
The laptop lags intermittently, completely unusable for any kind of game. Even a simple smaller game or a main menu graphic lags, the data is visible in the provided video. Reinstalling Windows, updating the driver, changing the graphic settings did not solve the problem. Could you help me with how I can solve the problem? The performance of the machine is not adequate compared to the hardware. The problem occurs in all games.

Is this issue something that has been ongoing, or did it recently occur? Please try installing the display driver version validated by ASUS and, during gameplay, set the GPU settings in Armoury Crate to Ultimate mode and the fan mode to Turbo. This will help test if there is any improvement.
Additionally, have you added or replaced the SSD or RAM yourself? Please try restoring the device to its original state and test again to see if there may be any compatibility issues causing this. Thank you!

The problem has persisted for some time, reinstalling windows without saving data didn't solve the problem either, and the drivers are from the right place and are the latest. The listed hardware has been intact since the laptop was put into use, and the laptop worked great with them until recently, when I experienced the problem. Could intel and nvidia gpu re-paste be the solution? Could the faulty SSD be the cause of the problem? thanks for the answear

Thank you for your response. Since the current 24H2 version still has some unresolved issues, we recommend installing version 23H2 to test whether the problem improves.
If the issue persists, we suggest sending your laptop to a local service center for further hardware diagnostics to determine the root cause of the problem. Thank you for your understanding.
