I ve just bought an asus rog strix g16 on internet. (22 DEC 2023 ) %100 Original asus product and under guarantee. I download a windows 11. Running with windows 11 with now. I did all the updates on windows upadate center. And CCleaner, Nvidia arc control panel, intel driver support assistant for updating drivers. And armoury crate too. After that armoury crate made a bios update. and i did it . All the time long i am struggling with black screens. One time when i closed to valorant pc had blue screen. Just before I was watching a video in youtube suddenly pc frozed and black screens to. chrome gave an error as this pc has not required memory for playing this. ( that's the second one). I usually record and take photos my errors. I link them to the end and share with you all guys. I am old asus user, i have already another asus pc (x550vx). I can cerainly say that other one is faster that one. I saw 30 sec bios time. There is a yellow exclamation mark on device manager. Over Intel(R) Dynamic Tuning Technology Updater Component. I am very disappointed about this product. I won't recommend asus my friends again. That won't be that hard to use smth. I check the pc on myasus, there is nothing about the device manager driver issue. I just uninstall and install armoury crate. I need help about this black screens, blue screens and freezing issues.

Hi @emreeeeee ,
I apologize for your user experience. First, may I confirm if you have updated your BIOS to the latest version 321? Please ensure that you have installed the ASUS-verified NVIDIA display driver version V31.0.15.4624, Intel graphics driver version V31.0.101.4502, and Intel Dynamic Tuning Technology Driver Version V1.0.11000.27915. Additionally, please try using the uninstall tool to remove Armoury Crate and reinstall it to see if it resolves the issue.
If the problem persists, kindly provide details about the software you are using when the issue occurs, as well as the GPU and Operating Mode settings in Armoury Crate. This information will help us further investigate the problem. Thank you.

Hi @emreeeeee ,
I noticed that your NVIDIA display driver is using a version that is not verified by ASUS. Please try using version V31.0.15.4624 and test it. Also, pleaseattempt to set the GPU and Operating mode to Ultimate/Standard and Turbo mode in Armoury Crate for testing.
Additionally, I would like to confirm whether you have reset the system and tried not installing software such as CCleaner, Intel Driver Support Assistant, etc., to see if the issue persists. Thank you.
