Asus Rog Strix G16 2023 Model G614JV USB and Keyboard Problem on Notebook

Hello, community, I’d like to share something with you.

I have an Asus Rog Strix G16 2023 model G614JV, and I use my peripherals (mouse, keyboard, and headphones) connected via USB. I’m using them just fine, and then suddenly they stop working, and Windows shows that they are unrecognized and don’t work. Additionally, when this happens, the notebook's keyboard also stops working. I’ve tried everything recommended on YouTube, but I’m still experiencing this issue.

Has anyone else had the same problem? And what did you do to fix it? Thanks.

I would like to confirm whether you are connected to an Ethernet network and using a Hub or Dock?

Please try disabling LAN power saving/USB power saving (under "Universal Serial Bus Controller," right-click on each driver one by one and go to its "Properties." In Properties, go to the "Power Management" tab and uncheck the box for "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power") in Device Manager and test if the issue improves. Thank you.

I already tried that. I’ve been using my peripherals (mouse, external keyboard, and headphones) without any issues, but suddenly it stops recognizing the USB devices. Additionally, the built-in keyboard on the laptop also stops working. I already tried reinstalling the original Windows and downgraded the BIOS version from the latest (329) to an earlier one (328), but the problem persists. It’s worth mentioning that I have the internet cable, HDMI, and USB devices connected through a HUB. I tested the peripherals on another PC to make sure they work, and they have no issues. It’s also important to mention that when I restart the laptop, all the problems are resolved, and that’s the only way to fix the issue.
