ASUS ROG STRIX G16 2023 lines appear on screen

As the title says, I'm having screen issues, this appeared while gaming Counter Strike 2.

It has a red line vertically and a black line horizentally on the height of task bar. I have tried to DDU and restart dozens of time, leave the computer off for a half day and check for any physical damages but nothing. I keep playing on 165hz, I heard that the pixels can overheat and cause this because of refresh rate is that true and how to reverse it??

I would like to confirm with you whether the line issue persists in Safe Mode and the BIOS interface.

Yes i tried this out. and I still have these issues in safe mode and bios

This is likely caused by hardware and not software, meaning the Cables that connect the monitor to your PC have been damaged and need replacement, it's either the wires or the ports they're connected into, you can try and remove them and put them back in but if you accidentally pulled the wire out while it was still firmly in place by not lifting the black tabs first then that's when they likely became damaged, you must now bring it to a repair center and have those wires or connectors replaced.
