Hi,
l Have been having problems with my laptop and it started crashing or shutting down when gaming without any prompt. But it wasn’t behaving like this at first l could you it in gaming for a long time without shutting down until recently this problem started and l have tried updating any required softwares but it still not working and solution for me please.

Hello sir, I have a fix for your problem, just follow this guide linked below and all your problems will be solved! No need for a service center unless the problem is Hardware related which is most likely not the case, Happy Holidays!

May I ask if you can share the current BIOS version and display driver version of your laptop? Also, what are the GPU mode and fan mode settings in Armoury Crate when the issue occurs?
Additionally, have you noticed the CPU and GPU temperatures while gaming and using Adobe Premiere Pro? Does the issue happen only with specific games or does it occur with every game? Thank you.

-For the GPU mode and fun mode settings l have tried performance, Turbo and even Manual and none seems to work still.
The CPU temperature is around 67 - 75 degrees even when l’m not gaming. And the GPU is around 53 degrees when l’m not gaming.
And when l’m gaming or performing any big task it rises above that l have tried use coolers but still don’t work.
At first the issue happened only when playing high games but got worse at some point that it immediately shutdowns when the game starts and currently the only game it can run without shutting down is Red Dead Redemption ll.
And the issue only happens when the power cable is plugged in(when the laptop is on charge) but l can play the game with the battery power and it doesn’t shutdown, l can play till the battery power runs out and as soon as l plug in the power cable it shuts down.

Since the device limits performance and wattage when not connected to a power source, resulting in lower temperatures compared to when it is plugged in, we recommend that you send your laptop to the local service center for further hardware diagnostics to identify the issue.
