My device is not working with GameVisual and DolbyVision after it reinstalled another version of Windows, not the original Windows from Asus. Please help me fix GameVisual and DolbyVision. Thanks you very much, Looking forward to hearing from you.

It is recommend confirming that all drivers you are using were downloaded and installed from the official website.

If any drivers, such as graphics drivers, were not downloaded from the official site, please uninstall them and then download and install the drivers we provide to check if the issue improves.

I tried installing all the drivers on the support page but it still didn't work. My laptop hasn't had any replacement parts yet, but after I reinstalled Windows, I lost the Dolby Vision and Game Visual features:<

1.The BIOS version, system version, and OS build of your laptop
2.The installed graphics driver version, Dolby Atmos driver version, and Armoury Crate version
