Is it normal that all that part indicated in the circle Overheat more than normal when you use high-consumption games?

Normally it doesn't heat up when I use normal applications, but when I play and put it in performance or turbo mode it overheats a lot, it even burns when I touch it, is this normal?

It is normal for the adapter to generate heat during the charging process. However, if the power cable is bent or twisted, it may cause a short circuit between the adapter and the device's internal power supply, potentially leading to electric shocks, overheating, or even fire hazards.
