asus rog strix g15 can't put gpu mode to ultimate

Whenever I select Ultimate and it restarts, my screen is black and won't turn on. After a random amount of restarts, it randomly works but it's not in Ultimate. I also have this whenever my laptop goes into sleep mode.

Due to the uncertainty of your laptop's exact model, could you please share the product model and the BIOS version you are currently using, as well as the iGPU/dGPU driver versions?

Have you tried testing with the display drivers verified by ASUS? Thank you.
