asus rog g513rm M keys operate without pressing

i have rog strix 513 rm. the system automatically operates the M1 to M5 buttons in the keyboard without pressing them. for example it increases the volume up to 100 or turn the microphone on and off.
i updated the armoury crate and the windows but the problem is still there !!!!!

Please tried removing ASUS System Control Interface v3, uninstalling Armoury Crate using the uninstall tool, and then reinstalling ASUS System Control Interface v3 and Armoury Crate to see if there is any improvement?Thank you!
