Hi, Llast year I bought this ASUS ROG g513Q, and it worked fine for the first 6 months, then it started not booting, The lights of the keyboard turned on, but it was never booting into Windows. The screen was turned on, but it never boots. We took it to ASUS customer service (here in Chile), and the only thing that they did was FORMATTING THE HARD DRIVE and tell us that there was no problem with the computer; the cherry on top was that they installed Windows 10 (when we bought it, it came with Windows 11). Although the reset worked for a few months (like 3–4), recently the problem started again. Sometimes the laptop starts with no problem, and sometimes it starts with the problems described above, Sometimes the solution is disconnecting everything from every port (mouse, keyboard, monitor), and when that doesn't work, we wait until the battery runs out and pray for the laptop to start when it is connected again. Sometimes these options work and sometimes they don't; sometimes we keep the laptop in that black screen state for 3-4 hours until, for some reason, it boots into Windows, but sometimes it never starts. Can anyone help me with this? PD: A question for the community, is ASUS the reputable brand that it was a couple of years ago? I hear that some motherboards are burning cpus.
