I'm having an issue with my ASUS rog flow x16 for a year. At first it wouldn't turn on without being connected to the charger and holding the power button for 15 seconds. It was sent to repair at the service centre, which fixed that problem, but had a whole new issue that it would shut down without warning whenever vaguely using the GPU, such as using Substance Painter or gaming. Both these problems and combined show it's definitely a PSU issue as only that can cause straight shutdowns and not crashes and explains the powering on problem. After going to the repair centre a second time it seemed it was all good until it this problem started happening again and after the first of these shutdowns it stopped being able to power on on it's own again, and both problems now persist.
I've seen this issue happen to multiple people online but no solutions that don't involve taking it apart myself and I don't want to void the warranty. I can't find a way to get help on the ASUS website that isn't sending it to the service centre again and I desperately need this laptop for my job as a CG artist; can't keep sending off my livelihood for weeks at a time for it to be sent back fixed but with obvious problems. When I called them to access if I could get a replacement I was advised to create a ticket at the link on their contact page: http://vip.asus.com/eservice/techserv.aspx which is lovingly broken and I can't find another way to the ticket page anywhere.
I'd ideally like refund or a replacement with a preference for the first one as with all that I can see online this issue has happened to multiple people with this model and worried of getting another one with the exact same issue.
If anyone has any advice on what to do or how to create a ticket I would greatly appreciate it
