Asus ROG Flow X13 doesn’t boot

StoicTundr

I was working on my asus rog flow x13 (GV301Q). At low battery it gave a message that I need to charge, but not much later it turned off because I didn’t have a charger by hand.

Later I connected it to its original charger but no lights did lit up. And nothing seemed to happen. I tried both ports, other charger and even the eGPU box to charge but none of all seem to work. All chargers do work with my other laptop.

I also tried do a hard reset (40sec power button) and tried to leave it on the charger for overnight. But the laptop seems completely death, no lights, sound or anything.

What can I do? It’s not even 3 years old.

Hi @StoicTundr ,

You mentioned that you performed a hard reset. Just to confirm, did you remove all external devices and the power adapter while the laptop was powered off, then press and hold the power button for 40 seconds, reconnect the power, and check if the power indicator shows any sign?
If the power indicator shows no response and the laptop still won't turn on after reconnecting the power, we recommend taking your laptop to a local service center for further hardware diagnostics to identify the issue. We provide this information for your reference. Thank you.

To speed up issue identification, please provide the product model, BIOS, and driver versions, along with the troubleshooting steps you've already tried to avoid redundant checks.

Yes, I’ve done the hard reset without the power connected. But the laptop doesn’t give any sign of life.
