ASUS ROG G533Q KEYBOARD ISSUES

Hi,

I need your help regarding  my keyboard. It is not working and the lights rgb lights do not turn on at all.

AC is up to date with all drivers. 

I had the keyboard replaced and yet it still dis not work. 

The power button and the top buttons do work but the alpha numeric and function keys do not work.

Please kindly assist if there is a solution for this.

You mentioned that you have replaced the keyboard but the RGB and function/numeric keys are not working. Did you replace the keyboard through the local service center? If so, please provide the laptop serial number and RMA number via private message so we can make further verification. If you replaced the keyboard yourself, since we are unsure about the compatibility and stability of the replacement keyboard, we recommend that you visit the local service center for further hardware diagnostics. I did not fix from Asus service centre. can you please give me the list of ASUS recommended local service centres in UK. I have tried to find a list of them but could not. Thanks for your help
