I sent my laptop (ASUS ROG Zephyrus G16 2024) for repair due to a problem I described here Asus Rog Zephyrus g16 2024 bump on bottom plate - Republic of Gamers Forum - 1038750. The problem was fixed, but I received it back with new damages. There is now a dent on the back of the screen that wasn’t there before, and there are slight bulges on the left and right sides of the trackpad, with the right one being more pronounced. It looks like they tried to cover it up with new paint. I suspect these bulges are due to the battery being removed and reinserted with the wrong, too-long screws, which are now pressing against the top of the case. Honestly, I find it outrageous to treat a customer’s (very expensive) device like this. Is this the standard of ASUS? The entire case would probably need to be replaced to fix this damage. However, I no longer trust ASUS to do this correctly if I send my laptop in again.
I am really very angry right now and honestly regret that i have buyed this notebook from asus.
