This is ridiculous. Asus is preventing me from replying to a post about terrible performance on my 4 month old Rog Zephyrus Duo 16 4090. I took some advice from an Asus employee. After doing so, I ran identical benchmarks in sequence, keeping all setting the same and taking screenshots of the results (and mobile pictures of said screenshots because I don't trust you guys not to access my laptop after restricting my ability to fix my product). The second benchmark indicated a 50% performance drop.
This is ridiculous. If I do not receive a response from Asus within 24 hours I will contact the BBB and legal counsel. I'm looking to crowd source a problem with a $4000+ computer that I have every right to expect will perform astoundingly. You are, after responding to my initial post, prohibiting me from further posts about my issue. Further, your warranty requires that I send the computer I use to make the money that allows me to afford $4000+ disappointment into a serviced department for an undefined period of time.
No thanks.

Hi @Kb1853 ,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Due to our system's automatic filtering for repetitive content or responses, please rest assured that we have still received your submission.
I would like to confirm whether you can provide relevant information for testing so that we can assist you further. Thank you.

I can. What kind of information would you like? For now, I'll post two Cyberpunk 2077 benchmark tests, done back-to-back with no changes to in-game or system settings between tests. You can see for yourself the difference between Test One and Test Two.Test One.
Test Two.
These performance drops are emblematic of my experience with my Rog Zephyrus Duo 4090. I don't know how to explain these performance disparities, nor is it my role to know how to explain (or fix) the progressively diminishing performance. But I know that it is happening consistently and destroying my ability to enjoy my high-end machine. So please do your job and tell me, in very clear terms, how to fix the issues or replace my machine.

rebar/nvidia victims, welcome.
Try this driver, you may find redemption.

Here's another weird thing.....
Pic One is you preventing me from commenting on my first thread in which I attempted to fix the performance issues, claiming I'd not verified my email.
Pic Two is you freely allowing me to comment on my second thread, this thread, in which I've accused you of arbitrarily preventing me from commenting on my first thread.
This screen grabs were made seconds apart, on the same account, without any additional registration done between Pic One and Pic Two. What's up with that?
Pic One.
Pic Two.

Hi @Kb1853 ,
Thank you for providing the screenshot information. As mentioned by Corneliusee, there may be some stuttering issues when using rebar in the old version of NVIDIA drivers. NVIDIA recently released a new driver to address this issue. ASUS is actively verifying the new driver, and once it passes verification, it will be released on the official website.
If you continue to experience issues despite using the driver version provided by Corneliusee, please feel free let us know. We may need additional product information from you for further analysis and confirmation.
Additionally, due to frequent updates in system/driver versions, to prevent information discrepancies, the system will auto lock threads that have been inactive after a while. This is why you may be unable to reply to comments in the discussion you initiated in October. This information for your reference. Thank you for your understanding.
