Asus is doing people dirty

I bought a brand new notebook product number am1605YA-ES74 from Asus and they sent me what I assume is a refurbished unit with someone else’s personal information still on notebook including their CC information. I contacted customer service and they said there’s nothing they can do and kept mentioning it not being under warranty. This isn’t a warranty issue. Asus sent me used when I bought new.
