ASUS INSISTING ON FIXING BROKEN LAPTOP FOR 7 MONTHS

I am a gamer BEYOND disgusted with ASUS incompetent Repair Dept and Customer Service.

I bought a $4,000 ROG STRIX Laptop that I’ve had to send in for repairs 4 times in the last 7 months… with the same problem of starting up in black screen.  

I just received the computer back from repairs again 1 month ago where they tried to fix it by replacing the motherboard.

Each time I’ve had to wait several weeks for them to return my laptop, plus drive to a mailing center and pay for packing. This has cost me time, money and the inconvenience of not having my laptop, which I also use for work.

The Laptop is now AGAIN not starting up and has black screen. So  I’ve now asked ASUS to give me a replacement Laptop of the same specs as provided for under my extended warranty, since it’s been more than 3 times they haven’t fixed it.

These A-holes are continuing to say send it in.. and mentioned my warranty is good until Nov 2025- like they’re fine continuing to inconvenience me with their inability to fix this lemon.

I need to get some help beyond the ASUS non-Customer Service Dept that does nothing but email me with the same offensive scripted emails.

Any suggestions on how to get a hold of a supervisor or manager… since Customer Service is refusing to put me in touch with someone at a higher level. Tks.

Thank you for reaching out.  I finally got a hold of a supervisor who says they will replace my defective computer and issue me one w/comparable specs. I just sent my old computer in so will see if this results in a satisfactory result.
