The laptop ASUS G733QR experiences the following issues:

  1. Randomly, key sticking occurs. The Caps Lock turns on and off, and while typing, it alternates between uppercase and lowercase letters. The problem persists when an external keyboard is connected. An icon about key sticking appears at the bottom left each time.

  2. Additionally, when watching movies on battery power, the laptop freezes and becomes unresponsive.

Please note that this issue is resolved by disabling the keyboard in Device Manager and then rebooting the laptop.

Have you updated your BIOS to the latest version 331? 

Please try reinstalling ASUS System Control Interface v3 to see if it resolves the keyboard issue. If the problem persists, we recommend reinstalling the operating system to test if it's caused by a system abnormality. If you have any other concerns, please feel free to let us know. Thank you.
