Hello, i have an asus G513Q which im trying to install windows 11 but it only makes it past windows 11 logo and loading spinner then the screen turns black and nothing.

Ive tried hard-resetting through the power button, connecting an HDMI to another screen, turning off secure boot, fast boot, going back to default values in bios.

Is there anyone that had the same issue before?

It is recommended to check the SATA / NVMe mode in the BIOS. If it is set to "RAID," it is advisable to change it to "AHCI."

@Falcon2_ROG Hi, thank you for taking the time to reply to this post.

SATA mode in the bios is set to AHCI, i've tried to disable fast-boot, secure-boot and such tricks.
This all begin after a windows 11 update, after this update last week the device would totally crash and ask for the bitlock key, which i fortunately still had and was able to recover all the important data inside.
However, now i've facing this issue where i can't get windows to get installed, i've tried as ASUS_US suggested to download windows 11 creation media tool and flash drive it inside my USB, instead of using RUFUS, however this didn't help, sometimes the computer don't get pass the "REPUBLIC OF GAMERS" logo and then crashes/black screens, some other times it passes and allows you intialize the windows installation, however it either crashes while on the first load or after the next reboot.

Is there any solution to this? the laptop was working perfectly fine before this update.

Based on the additional information provided, it is possible that the SSD has failed, causing the system to be unable to load.
It is recommend that you remove the SSD and install it in another computer to check it, or try replacing it with another SSD for cross-testing.
If the screen is still black, we recommend that you send the laptop to a repair center for further confirmation.
