Hi @SurreyAsus ,

Do not worry. Even if the product is already beyond the warranty period, you can still send it in for inspection and repair. There may be a diagnostic fee involved. The repair center will assist in diagnosing your product to identify the actual issues. If the problem is hardware-related, a quotation for the relevant parts will be provided. You can then decide whether or not to proceed with the repair at your discretion. The above information is provided for your reference.

To speed up issue identification, please provide the product model, BIOS, and driver versions, along with the troubleshooting steps you've already tried to avoid redundant checks.

I suggest you go to Microsoft support on this matter they have the info you may want to try.

That wont work i dont think as these 2 usb windows 10 boot sticks have worked first time 100% on 2 different desktop computers and 1 laptop (another asus)

This is defiantly a bios or hardware issue i am sure with the laptop

Hi @SurreyAsus ,

May I confirm the complete model of your laptop with you?
Could you please let me know if your laptop comes pre-installed with Windows 10 or 11?
Additionally, I would like to inquire about the specific issues you are facing that necessitate a system reinstall. Thank you.

G513QE-HN029T

Laptop went into the automatic repairing Loop

Tried all the options and nothing

Made a USB boot disk

Win 10 standard loaded preinstalled

I press F2 to boot from USB once selected then it just shows the blue window sign and spinning spotted circle and just hangs

Drive fine and checked in another laptop - Bios also sees it

Thank you
