ASUS G17 (2022) G713RS randomly restarts in Standby / Powersaving mode

A month ago I bought a g17 second hand with a Ryzen 9 6900HX and RTX3080. Performance wise it not had any problems. But after 5-10 min in power saving mode it either restarts itself or it restarts if I try to wake it up. Things I’ve tried so far: 

flashed bios,put pcie powersaving on off , uninstalled everything from ASUS , deactivated my Bluetooth device, played with the power settings , hard reset , in The Windows event display it is shown as kernel 41

I have installed the recommended Graphics Drivers and the Problem still exists. The Problem is occurring with and without powersource.

update , i couple restarts later the problem seems gone. It only crashed once in the last 2 days ( before it would restart every 5 min). But i cant keep use the Old Driver from 2022.

another  Update, now ( with the old drivers) it restarts if i disconnect the Power cable while it is in standby.
