ASUS G16 STRIX SCAR randomly shutdown during gaming

I have the ASUS G16 STRIX SCAR with 13980HX and RTX4080 I upgraded to 64 Gb ram, suddenly when I tried to play any heavy game keeps shutting down, I really want to play, but now after 3k I cannot?

Hi @Eheieh ,

Have you updated the BIOS to the latest version 328 and tested with the ASUS-verified NVIDIA Graphic Driver Version V31.0.15.4624 and Intel Graphic Driver Version V31.0.101.4502?

Please try setting the GPU to Ultimate Mode and the Fan Mode to Turbo Mode in Armoury Crate during gameplay. This will help test if there is any improvement.

Additionally, please monitor the temperature performance during gameplay and let us know the GPU/CPU temperatures while gaming. Thank you.

To speed up issue identification, please provide the product model, BIOS, and driver versions, along with the troubleshooting steps you've already tried to avoid redundant checks.
