Asus G15 Advantage Edition reboots on its own

I have a Asus ROG Strix G15 Advantage Edition G513. Recently, my laptop started rebooting by itself. I checked it out and I get 70+ C on CPU when browsing and it spikes to 85+ while watching youtube. If I play a light game (Gacha game), while browsing I get 95 C and it keeps going up until the laptop reboots.

I had this laptop for around two years now and this wasn't the case when I used to play cyberpunk on high settings. The laptop never rebooted no matter what I did. The only reason I can think of why this is happening now is that I got a 4K external display, but I the laptop still reboots even when its disconnected to the screen. Does anyone know what's the issue?

Bios: 331
GPU Driver: 24.3.1

The laptop is well-ventilated. Nothing is blocking the exhaust. The operation mode is set to Turbo mode.

Hi @Ziimag ,

Based on your description of overheating issues and ruling out environmental factors, we recommend that you take your laptop to a local service center for further hardware diagnostics to determine the actual problem. Thank you.
