Asus G14 Startup Issues

Hi all. I bought a new 2024 G14 (Model:GA403UV-G14.R94060 // Ryzen 9 8945HS, 16GB RAM, RTX 4060) from BestBuy two weeks ago and have been using it for exactly one week. Just this morning, I ran into an issue where my laptop's screen would not turn on at all after returning from sleep mode. The keyboard and RGB turned on, but the screen never seemed to turn on. I tried holding the power button for 10s, 30s, and 1 min before and after hard shutting down, and none of them worked. 
In frustration, I left my laptop running for a couple of minutes, came back, and did the same thing with the power button. This time, it worked. 
Why did this happen? How can I prevent stuff like this from happening again? My old laptop died due to a motherboard issue before I bought this G14, and I don't want the same thing to happen again.
P.S. I had uninstalled all ASUS apps and installed GHelper before this happened.
