Asus Flow X16 blue screen error only on battery

I have the 2022 version . And recently it ha started showing blue screen error multiple times ( 4- 5 within 15 mins) only on battery , during charging it works completely fine . The error messages range from system service exception to irql_less_orequal (I don't remember the exact )there a few other errors messages that are shown. What can be the issue and how can I fix it. It works completely fine when plugged in.

Please try using MyASUS to check the battery status. Since you mentioned that the issue only occurs in battery mode, we cannot rule out the possibility of a hardware issue. Please update the BIOS and all drivers to the latest version, and take note of the specific error codes displayed during BSOD. This will help us further identify . Thank you.

So the things i have trid till now::

checked the battery through myasus , shows nothing wrong.

Bios is updated to the latest and drivers are all upto date

reinstalled windows(from the recovery option > reset pc (kept my files)

the events viewer shows this error when my pc crashes

the BSOD shows SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION most of the crashes. 

again this only happens whenm i am on battery and happens frequently engh to make the laptop unusable while on battery. also i have tried sfc /scannow  it shows this Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity. violations.

Disable CPU power-saving feature:

  • Go to Control Panel > Power Options.
  • Click on "Change plan settings" > "Change advanced power settings."
  • Under "Processor power management," set both the minimum and maximum processor state to 100%.

Reinstall ASUS-verified drivers:

  • Reinstall the display drivers and chipset drivers.

Uninstall the battery driver in Device Manager:

  • Go to Device Manager, uninstall the battery driver, and then restart your system to allow Windows to automatically reinstall the driver.
