ASUS FLOW X13 Backlit Keyboard not working after installing armoury crate

I just bought asus flow x13 and i came across a problem when i installed armoury crate the illuminating keyboard stop working. When i reset my laptop fresh it works again but the problem only occurs when i install armoury crate. Is there a solution to this. I mean this is not a cheap laptop and armoury crate is the laptop optimization application pls help cause i feel like its a waste to not use the armoury crate tq

I would like to confirm with you whether you have updated the BIOS to the latest version 415
Please try reinstalling ASUS System Control Interface v3, uninstall Armoury Crate using the uninstallation tool, and then reinstall the latest version to see if the issue can be resolved.

If the problem persists, please assist in enabling the logging feature in Armoury Crate, retest the keyboard lighting effects (if possible, record a video), and provide us with the log file and video for further investigation. Thank you for your cooperation.

 

【Here is the file path for the log file for your reference】 
In Armoury Crate "Settings" and check "About" page, If clicking App Diagnostics "Record Log", the Privacy Policy Statement will pop out. Once user agreed statement, the Armoury Crate will start to collect problem log  and you can click "Generate log data" to generate the log file with encrypted (ASUS log file).

To speed up issue identification, please provide the product model, BIOS, and driver versions, along with the troubleshooting steps you've already tried to avoid redundant checks.
